How do I know which products are best for me? I offer complimentary skin consultations via the phone and in person at our skin boutique. I will give you customized skincare recommendations for your skin type and skin concerns. Just fill out the contact form and let me know you'd like to request a free skin consultation either via phone or appointment, and it will be set up soon after. You can always message me also for quick recommendations.
What happens after I place my order? Once I receive your completed purchase order, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice and order number. Please check your junk mail folder, if you don't see it in your general mailbox. Once your products are on it's way for shipment, you will receive another confirmation of shipping with tracking number.
When are orders shipped? Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Any orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped on the next available shipping day. Shipping times may vary but orders generally arrive 2 to 5 business days after the products have been shipped within Canada. And 5 to 10 business days after the products have been shipped within USA.
*** In some instances I may be out of an item and will ship out your order after I've received your product from our skincare partners distribution centre. Usually within a few days.
How much is shipping within Canada? Orders within Canada over $99 CAD (before taxes) will receive free shipping. Orders under $99 CAD within Canada will have a $10 CAD shipping charge. Shipping times may vary but generally arrive 2 to 5 business days after it's been shipped.
How much is shipping within the US? Orders within USA over $129 CAD (before taxes) will receive free shipping. Orders under $129 CAD for shipping within USA will have a $15 CAD shipping charge. Shipping times may vary but generally arrive 5 to 10 business days after it's been shipped.
Do you do returns and exchanges for your products? Unfortunately all sales on products are final unless there is damage to the product upon receiving it.
What if one of my products are damaged when I receive it? Please send an email to me right away and I will work with you to replace the damaged item.
I've received my products but don't know which order to use them or how to use them, what can I do? Please send me a message or email. I'm always happy to help you in your skincare journey. I definitely want you to get the full benefits of your products and for you to have a flawless, glowing skin and complexion. =)
